  1. Some personal faves (especially when I am running out of steam) are the following:

    Black Eyed Peas: Pump It

Stronger (What doesn't Kill you): Kelly Clarkson
    Against the Wind: Bob Seger
Steely Dan: Reelin' In the Years

They've gotten me through MANY an uphill climb!

  4. I have one more to add after my treadmill run today (I need something to do while my daughter does PT for an hour). I highly recommend this song as it inspires me every time I hear it -- I actually had my pace up to 6.9 mph during the entirety of the song and would have kept going except I had the iPod on shuffle and the next one was a let down and required fast forwarding! Crazy video, EXCELLENT song!

  5. My top running songs:

"Kiss Me Deadly" Lita Ford (once had this on repeat on a particularly hard stretch during a half marathon)

"Gonna Raise Hell," The LIVE version. By Cheap Trick (The middle instrumental can make me run through anything.)

"Hell is for Children," Again the LIVE version by Pat Benetar (Again the middle instrumental gets me GOING!)
